During the process, they receive mentoring in softskills, gender perspective, entrepreneurship and personal finance. In addition, they must carry out 4 practical technical interviews and carry out a demo day where they present what they have developed.

We accompany you throughout the process, at the moment you select the profiles of your interest we jointly create the interview agenda and we follow up on the process to make it as easy as possible for you.
In each process that you have with us you will receive feedback from us so that you can improve your process and we seek feedback from you so that our talent pool improves and so do we.
